  3. Seafood—Seafood like shrimp, tuna, salmon and oysters are rich in selenium. Selenium helps fight free radical cells, which can lead to aging. Fish is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help promote skin health.
  4. Sweet potatoes—Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A, which has been found to help slow aging and fight wrinkles. Other foods high in vitamin A include oranges, carrots and cantaloupe.
  5. Citrus fruits—Citrus fruits contain lots of vitamin C, which can help undo skin damage from the sun. A diet high in vitamin C is associated with fewer wrinkles and less dryness. Other foods high in vitamin C include red bell peppers, kiwi, broccoli and Brussel sprouts.
  6. Green tea—Green tea is rich in antioxidants. A study published in the Journal of Nutrition found that people who drank green tea daily for 12 weeks had skin that was smoother than those who didn’t drink green tea regularly.
  7. Almond milk—Replacing your daily glass of milk with almond milk can also help improve your skin. Dairy is highly inflammatory, which means it can worsen wrinkles and acne. Get your vitamin D without the inflammation by drinking almond milk instead.
